My husband and I organised a car seat fitting for our 1 year old with baby train at very short notice, they were very accomodating!
We were greeted and serviced by Jim who walked us through the functions of the seat even though we bought it from Baby Bunting.
Jim was very thorough, adjusted the seat and explained it's too early to place the seat forward for our bub. We were there for 30mins and they wouldn't even charge us!
We have vowed to only purchase from Baby Train as our experience has always been excellent.

The service is second to none and it make all the difference when you have just got off the plane and you get to your destination in a beautiful luxury vehicle.
