I have trusted Faye and her staff with my dogs and even one of my chickens for about 7 - 8 yrs now and I cant fault her. She is always spot on with her diagnosis, care and treatment, her compasion is unwavering - even when my dog vomited more than her own body weight all over her! I cant recommend her highly enough!

I went to the in 2007 and was quite happy with my glasses. I lost them a couple of months ago and have been trying to get some new ones ever since. I have had to return the glasses the made for me 4 times now as I cant read with them. It has been sooo frustrating as my job entails a lot of reading. The staff have been very helpful and apologetic up until the last time I had to return the glasses and I was told this was the last time they would re-do them! I am not being fussy - I just want to have a set of glasses I can read with. I still haven't got the last try back, and I guess I will be stuck with them even if they are no good. What a disaster!

we were looking for some Doc Martins for my son and went to several shops before finding this one. We had a wonderful saleswoman, she knew more about shoes than we ever thought we needed to know.... we were delighted with the whole experience and recommend this shop to everyone.

We used to go there all the time, but it changed hands a few months ago and now its terrible. Its dirty, the service is slow and surly and the coffee is yucky. What a huge shame.

the service is a bit hit and miss, tables are small and the chairs uncomfortable. The wait staff don't seem to know what they are serving. Not great for a place which says its won awards. What a shame, it could be great.

we had a solar hot water system installed, and it was a problem from the start. It took weeks and weeks to get it installed with them not showing up or cancelling at the last minute. when it was finally done the water was cold. Finally they have reinstalled it in a completely new location on the roof as apparently it was in the shade(?) the first time.... its still not great without the electric booster on, but better than before. we have had no follow up or proper apology for the terrible service we have had. very disappointing.

Mueller's is like no other place to eat we have ever found. The service is outstanding, the food is simple and always fantastic. The surrounds are amazing. The owners have loving restored one of the original old homes in Midland so it feels like you are sitting in your favorite old uncles front room.We love the fact that there is a set menu, if you get in early you can choose what the meal is for the night! We have gone with friends, for a romantic night together and with the kids- its always perfect! The value is unbeatable. A tick in every box!
