we had a solar hot water system installed, and it was a problem from the start. It took weeks and weeks to get it installed with them not showing up or cancelling at the last minute. when it was finally done the water was cold. Finally they have reinstalled it in a completely new location on the roof as apparently it was in the shade(?) the first time.... its still not great without the electric booster on, but better than before. we have had no follow up or proper apology for the terrible service we have had. very disappointing.
