Inexpensive Thai food, I generally only buy from Nood for a fast lunch time meal. Little difference in flavour between the curries, with no chilli whatsoever. Noodles are okay, however, Pad Thai was the worst I'd ever tried, oily with no flavour.
We love the all you can eat delux Sukiyaki! Its so good for the price, and $10 extra for all you can drink. The service isnt tat great, sometimes food may take a while. They never seemed prepared for customers and the kitchen is right in front of you, so you can see the dirty plates. The waiters are just non-responsive but there is this one waitress who helped us heaps and ill definately go back coz of her!
Very good food - we shared gyoza (good) - and both had deluxe lunch box. $17 deluxe Lunch box was excellent especially the tempura and teriyaki chicken. Service was very good, there's also space upstairs btw. Only bummer was they over charged us $5...unless there is surcharge on weekend.
I know this is a very popular place and the main thing to eat here is dumplings, but I have had better dumplings elsewhere and at best I found it average. I found the place being called noodle restaurant a bit weird when people seem to be going there for dumplings, which is even stranger that the place next door (cho dumpling king) no longer makes dumplings.
Authentic Northern Chinese food with very fresh ingredients. The noodles are silky smooth, the dumplings light and seasoned just right. You need to not mind being crowded in, but that's part of the charm. The decor is odd but cosy.
I've been to this place quite a few times due to the variety on the menu and the number of dumpling dishes (I'm a big fan!). Place seems very authentic and I like the way it's quite Asian, it also has huge booths to cater for larger groups.
The food is interesting if you're willing to explore, there was some good meat and veggie dishes and soups. Dumplings are mediocre and I had a tofu and preserved 1000yr egg dish that was ruined by it having too many salty preserved veggies in it, was so looking forward to eating that but there was hardly any preserved 1000 yr egg in it at all! Tiny pieces.

So, if you are looking for THE BEST “Indonesian†Style of NOODLE in Australia SINCE 1999, come and visit our Jellicoe Noodle at Mascot.
Great noodles! The food is delicious and oh-so-cheap! The staff are very friendly too. I wouldn't recommend going for anything but a quick meal during the day though. The ambience is kinda ruined by the colourful language and behaviour of passers.
Not a bad spot if you've got pho cravings, service is fast and you're usually in and out pretty quickly. Servings are pretty large too, my gf always has trouble finishing hers. Don't know if it's better than pho in Vietnam though, you have to go to the right places in Saigon.
