When booking our honeymoon, we were advised that if we paid the agreed air-fairs upfront, our trip would be fixed price (despite any change in the Australian dollar). Further to this, a few weeks before our wedding they said that our trip will increase by 40% unless we paid the balance within 3 working days. Upon returning to Melbourne after a business trip, I went straight to the air-port to pay on Friday night and got to the store at 7:00pm on a Friday night and the store was closed. Upon going there the next day, they told me the price was now increased by 40%. Service and the way we were treated was disgraceful and especially considering this was our honeymoon.

Over the past two years, every time I have gone in after a advertised item, they always happen to be "out of stock". Although their website and catalog does not state "no rain-checks", they will not offer you one. When you try to email and get in touch with head-office, it has been 5-6 weeks and still not replied!

The first time i went in, I was blown away with their store. However, when they moved to a newer and bigger location, it was even better. Everything you could need for your audio-visual needs, this is the place to go. Knowledgeable staff members with great value!
