Pet Café is my go-to local pet supply store and boy am I lucky to have Trevor on stand-by. I have a puppy who's had multiple surgeries and is a world class chewer and Trevor always has the perfect product at the right price. He's incredibly knowledgeable about pet nutrition and health (as are all the staff) and I nearly fell over when I realised just how much money I save - on Blackhawk food products, often up to $50 for the 20kg bags, and on the largest orthopaedic dog beds... nearly $90 cheaper at Pet Café than at a chain competitor in Rothwell! Customer loyalty programs also add extra savings and the variety of toys and pet products is unbeaten anywhere I've found. I'm a huge supporter of local business and Trevor is running this one in the best way possible - I always leave feeling happy, satisfied and like I've gotten a bargain.
