Hard to accurately rate their quality as have only had the seat for a week, but definitely can rate their ludicrous delivery charges. To deliver a single Dune seat less than 2km cost me $77. I have had a fair few things delivered in my time, and this has been the most expensive (and travelled the least distance). Staff were NOT clear that the delivery charge was standard regardless of distance, and weren't interested in reducing it given the little distance they had to travel. If you need furniture delivered from this business, factor in the delivery costs as they are substantial.

Approximate cost: $77

I used Smith and Hall (previously Galleries Direct) to purchase artwork under one of their guaranteed rental plans. They chased hard before the purchase but once I purchased, their customer service left a lot to be desired. During the rental period they missed two payments and didn't apologise or offer the additional interest owed under the agreement (admittedly only a dollar or two).
I also found by reviewing other artwork after my purchase that the price I paid was somewhere between 15% - 20% above market value.
They rarely return emails or phone calls, and although promising up front to keep me fully up-to-date on my artwork value with minimum yearly reviews, I have never received anything from them (4 years now) even when I have specifically followed up.
I would not recommend dealing with them if you are looking to invest in Art.

The last two times I have been to this store, I have had the delight of finding hair in my food. The first time in a pizza, the second time in a calzone. And I am not just talking about a single hair - I am talking multiple pieces. I was promised action over the incidents but received no follow up response or recompense. In my opinion it is unacceptable to have foreign objects in food. For the price of their food I was expecting a much better standard. I have rated the service lower because of their lack of response, and the value lower because the reality is the food is expensive for what you are getting.

Approximate cost: $18

Service was good and the food and drink seems to be good value. The quality of the food was fairly good - not outstanding. Overall I would say an OK place for a quick catch up with friends.

The staff are extremely friendly and paid very good attention to us. We went for Sunday Buffet Breakfast. There was a great range of good quality food, so many choices. Truly was a buffet and an excellent price.

I have been to this pub many times now. It has an excellent atmosphere and the food comes out really quick at lunch time. They have a great range of food for anywhere between $10 and $15 for lunch. At present they offer $8 lunch on Monday's and specials every other day. Also do excellent in-house beers. I really like the Fish and Chips with a Pint of their home brew wheat beer.

Atmosphere was a bit dull because unfortunately it didn't seem to be a popular place. The service was fine and the value was good. The quality of the food was OK. Overall a good place for a quick meal if you want some piece and quiet I guess.

The staff were extremely helpful tracking down an out-of-stock magazine for me. They also kept the magazine for me for a few days until I could get back to pick it up. Always friendly service.

I found the lady to be a little snobbish. The quality of the flowers was OK I guess. The price of them however seemed to be way over the top. $10 for a single rose stem (and not on Valentines' day) seems excessive.

From the moment you walk in the staff are attentive and make you feel somewhat important. They listen to exactly what you are after. Quick and professional and loved the Hot Towel at the end.
