Country Clothing is fantastic, and the selection at this store is great. The pricing reflects the quality of the clothing, and it is guaranteed to last you a long time. The knits are great, so are the selection of male pant and jackets.
This place has a great mixture of flavour and value. It is located across the road from Rivoli and is ideal to eat at before or after a film. If you are there on a Saturday night i'd eat after the film, simply because because of the size of this place it sometimes takes a little while for your meal.

It always amazes me the random things that you can find in Aussie Disposals. Knives, tents, old service gear, boots, fly fishing gear or kathmandu apparel; you name it they have it! Cheap products, very helpful staff.
The how-the-foc-accia's are fantastic at this little eatery. Located just down the road from other cafes like Baker and Spice and another one I can't really think of at the moment, this place is great for a luncheon-slash-coffee experience. The value is second to none.

I;ve always had a thing for JB. It has some great classic cds, and an extensive selection of DVD's also. They are willing to come to a pricing compromise in the car audio section, and their installations are quick but reliable.
After the sad passing of Homeshow Balwyn, big brother Blockbuster moved in and it was a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately the fresh air went a little stale when Blockbuster started raising the roof with their prices. I was shocked to see that they don't stock the Wedding Singer. Shame, Shame, Shame

Its a nice little cafe on the developing strip that is the Balwyn shops. The polished floorboards give this joint a nice bright feeling, especially good for a quick cup of coffee. Takeaway coffee is great also.

Dining during a recent function I found the service amazing! A complete mix of youth and experience saw all my needs tended for, all of the time. I couldn't speak highly enough of management, they run a very tight ship and their functions run like clockwork.
In terms of competition, I think Kooyong is streaks ahead. A true dining experience for the whole family!
Approximate cost: $30
I walked in to buy hair product, and walked out with deoderant as well! I would have liked to buy some other things but had a budget so I look forward to getting back there in the near future. Sounds a little queer I know, but I'd prefer to spend less on those things not completely necessary like hair gel or moisturiser!
My experience of Mexican cuisine is limited to say the least however I completed rated the food from this place. I had a dish called a Chimichanga Chook and it came with salad and Mexican Rice. Very nice, especially washed down with a Cerveza!
