Very rude waitress.
We asked if we could have a menu left at our table after we ordered our lunch (so that we could peruse the dessert options)
"Not enough menus" to do that we were rudely advised.
Needless to say we didn't order any desserts from them!
Almost ready to walk away to another coffee shop (there are plenty of other eating places in Berry that are lovely and without the rudeness ) without eating anything because we were so appalled by the behaviour and attitude - we only stayed because one of our party is diabetic and needed to eat.
Food wasn't all that great either taste or value-wise, and the drinks (smoothies) were VERY expensive.
We will never eat there again - and we are Berry regulars - so they have lost a lot of potential future business!

I clearly, concisely and politely asked for a "Cheese and Lettuce sandwich cut in quarters". Pretty straight forward you'd think...
But it was not to be. First they'd run out of white bread at 12.45 lunch time on a Friday.
Then they serve up a "Cheese and Salad" sandwich. Not my fault they got it wrong, but the eye rolling because I wouldn't accept the wrong sandwich.
All I wanted was a plain and simple "Cheese and Lettuce sandwich" - not fancy cheese, not fancy lettuce, just standard sliced cheese and normal lettuce.
Finally they managed the correct filling (took them ages, as they managed to serve a number of other customers while I was waiting for mine to be made). But was it cut in quarters liked I had originally asked? Of course not
Oh the heavy sighs, rolling eyes and snarky looks I scored for daring to insist on being given what I had ordered.
Did I want anything else? Yes I did want an orange drink to have with the sandwich, but I wasn't going to buy it from them.
My advice? Don't ever, ever buy from Anoola's in Dapto Mall

I ordered a banana smoothie on soy & an iced cupcake. $10 later I was surprised at how small the smoothie was, but the worst of it was that the smoothie was warm & the cupcake was icy (almost frozen solid) in the middle. If only the temperatures of the items had been reversed...

I have been to J&J's many times because they offer services not available from the chain store jewellers. Because they are qualified jewellers they were able to repair (and actually improved) my opal ring that everyone else advised was irreparable and they designed a unique diamond ring for me working with my own gems.

We have been to Soilco Unanderra many times while landscaping our gardens because they have a really good range of soil mixes, decorative gravels and mulches. We usually use our own trailer, but for larger orders they deliver quite cheaply and quickly.
