Absolutely terrible . . Attempted to inspect/purchase two properties in Ballarat using Ballarat Real Estate, with the responsible agent being [name removed]. During December 18 and January 19, I sent several emails/4 x phone calls to his mobile, 6 x SMS and drove the head office to see [name removed] - without reply.
Vendors beware, it took 34 days from an initial offer and second offer to be told no on the first property. They are lazy and incompetent. (Successfully bought with another agent, who bent over backwards and actually replied to a phone call within minutes. Took 3 days) Avoid this agent.
