Really great group of people! We did a casual visit while we were on holiday and really enjoyed the WOD, everyone was friendly and accomodating, highly skilled, patient and supportive of any injuries etc. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would join straight away if I lived nearby. The best day out here! We loved driving the carts around and taking our time viewing the gardens. The interaction with the birds was such a lovely experience and I can’t wait to come back again. Really lovely people who were very helpful and made the day even more enjoyable. If you haven’t been yet, make sure you do, it’s definitely worth it

Very rude and inexperienced staff that were unable to complete basic tasks within their job descriptions or communicate effectively. We were forced to use a shared bathroom (with toilet) as a kitchen sink for 93 days (yes, three months!) after we reported our kitchen sink tap was not functioning. I would not recommend this service to either a tenant or landlord (because I prefer my agencies to be able to maintain my properties prior to any major maintenance developing or incurring additional costs that can be prevented). The service was non existent and the communication was increasingly unprofessional in each subsequent interaction.
