Ordered four appliances through Appliances Online recently. Two arrived damaged. For both of these they passed my concerns onto the manufacturers instead of replacing or refunding the faulty products.
The response from the manufactures was understandably slow as they are not in the direct service/sales business.
One product took two months to be refunded, and we are still waiting for another...
My advice would be to go with a bricks and mortar shop that would most likely replace or refund outright any items that arrived damaged or faulty rather than passing your concerns onto the manufacturer.
