Provided a phone number that was disconnected - Ignored repeated attempts to contact them over warranty issue.
I purchased a new OnePlus Pro 8 smart phone.

It started having screen issues (Flickering, etc) and so I completed the provided warranty repair form and send the phone off to Melbourne for repair.

I heard nothing for a couple of weeks, called the firm, they told me they were waiting on a part from China.
Nothing again for another 3 weeks, I call them again and they tell me they can't fix the phone, contacted Becextech about this issue 3 weeks ago and no reply.

Their phone number in Australia is disconnected - I spent almost $1000 on this phone - I will be very upset if they don't replace it.

UPDATE - June 2021
10 weeks after first having the issue BecexTech send back my phone and part of the screen doesn't have any touch function!!!! Upon further complaining, they just sent me the same email - box up the phone, send it to our repair agent, etc, etc.

This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced online.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - If you have any issues you will be left without a fully working product and no clear solution to getting it fixed.

I have submitted a dispute resolution application to Fair Trading Australia but won't hold my breath that I will get anything done as the company doesn't have any representatives based in Australia.....

UPDATE AUGUST 2021
BecexTech wanted to send the phone back to me and charge me because they couldn't find the fault I had shown them in a video I sent to them. I would not agree to paying any more money after such a poor experience - so were at a stalemate.

I contacted the office of Fair trading and told them the story - they contacted this company and 2 days later I receive an email stating they would send me my phone and waiver the charges they wanted me to pay (how good of them!!!).

The good news is that there was no cost to approach the office of fair trading and I suggest anyone who has a similar experience with this company that I did should not stuff around with them as they don't care and go directly to the authorities that have some level of power to force them to provide the customer service they strongly promote throughout their marketing materials.
