We had been having problems with our TV reception for ages and it was fixed very efficiently and quickly. The charge was very reasonable and they don't rip you off. We can now watch TV without pixilation, don't have to keep tuning the TV for reception, and there is no loss of signal. Definately recommend them.

I have given up going to Vince and Jenny's because they take so long to do your hair. I've been there for three hours plus for a cut and colour and its not like I had long hair. Okay if you've got time to wait so long but even then it just takes too long. Also abit on the expensive side.

I have been to the Heritage a number of times and have always found the food and coffee to be of a consistantly good standard. The menu selection has a good variety so there is something for everyone whether its just a coffee and cake or a meal. I enjoy the opera that is played in the background. Its a nice spot, clean and set out well.

Aree does a great job and the item is always finished on time when she says it will be ready. Her charges are very reasonable and her workmanship is excellent.

I had my tiled roof repaired, cleaned and painted. Nigel is terrific and an excellent tradesman and very good to deal with. As they say always get the local guy- you can't go wrong. I liked the way he let me know what he was doing every day so I was aware of the progress. His workmanship is of a very high standard and I wouldn't bother with anybody else. You can be assured that Nigel does an excellent job and won't rip you off, plus he has a 10 year guarantee. Its a no-brainer!

I had to collect my daughters pants which were to be repaired and picked them up as they were ready, and got them home only to discover the part of the repair work hadn't been done. The workmanship is fine, but you do pay for the privilage of the convenience of having alterations done at the plaza. There are others in the arcades which are far more reasonable. You have to make sure you are very clear on the price that there is nothing further to pay. A couple who were at the counter while I was waiting had paid for some pants to be hemmed at what was the usual price of around $23 and they were charged an extra $10. So only go if you are desperate because other tailors in the arcades are much better value.

The breakfast and lunch menu's are abit limited but forget that, its the cake that are amazing. they are like little works of art and so good. Yes it is pricey at $7 a slice but for a special treat it's divine. They have whole cakes as well so for that special birthday/anniversay cake this is the way to go.

I have had the $65 package a few times and it has been adequate. However, there are no hair style magazines to show them what you want more clearly. One time the music was so loud that I had to shout to make myself heard. I phoned one time when I was running abit late and got no reply which I discovered was because the music was so loud they couldn't hear the phone ringing. I'm sure the level of the music borders on what is acceptable under health and safety regulations but that is the reason I won't return there again.

I have had the colour/cut package a few times which works out very reasonable. However, I gave up going there because they wouldn't follow my instructions and so the colour was wrong. Consequently re-do were needed which is more time and very clearly not what they like having to do. The music is also so loud that I have had to resort to ear-plugs which doesn't make this a very relaxing experience either. They have no books so you can indicate what kind of style you would like which is very unhelpful. On the plus side the head massages have all been really nice but pity about the blaring noise to ruin it.
