1) Movers almost didn’t show. Service desk officer did not provide an update as promised and cannot be contacted later for follow ups, leaving you high and dry.
2) Fake information stated on the quote “The removalists will arrive at your pick up location and secure all the items you will be moving with plastic furniture covers and blankets, load them into the truck and travel towards your drop off.” - it did NOT happen. When requested during the move, the movers state they will only cover the items AFTER loading them onto the truck.
3) The movers seems EXHAUSTED when they arrive 5 hours after the agreed time. Hence, the move wasn’t efficient. Your estimated timeframes for the move could easily doubled.

Moving is stressful. On your moving day, you do not need movers who almost didn’t show up, not giving you updates as promised and avoid your call when you chase up, unprofessional handling of your furniture and goods, exhausted movers (probably badly exploited workers) who obviously cannot do an effective job.
