I made a cleaning booking with these guys, requested a quote, agreed to the quote provided, contacted them over both phone and text messages (due to them not responding to the phone in the first place) and finally successfully booked an appointment on December 10th at 2:30pm, and got a confirmation email for that, so all is good, right?

On the day at 2:30pm I get a call from the cleaning crew, not the company, telling me that I have been rescheduled to 5:00pm, without any prior notice. I agree, because let’s face it at this point what options do I have? I try to contact the company for an explanation, but no luck since no one would respond.

So I text the cleaning crew, since they are the only ones who respond and the ones who told me that I have been rescheduled, that I am fine with 5:00pm and they respond back that all good and they will be there. Of course at 5:00 no one was there and no response to phone or text. And to this day I have no explanation of what happened. Hire these guys if you want to be led on a magnificent goose chase, they are apparently really good at it ...
