Amazing & professional Work. They accommodated us with last minute booking for end of lease deep clean and they have delivered best cleaning service i have ever got from any company. I thoroughly enjoyed their booking and cleaning procedure. It was so simple with clearly mentioned upfront in the quote for extra items as previously i used two company who hide so many things. I will say, They offer fair price with quality of service. Cleaner it self was fabulous as they loved their tools so much same way they treat my plave like its thier own property they bought. Everything was clean so thoroughly which was saying i m my first look. My wife was so amazed with the politeness of both husband and wife who came at our place. They also help us moving our heavy bed to the truck without asking any charge. We got all our bond money back from the agent without any issues. He just found two small issues which Gary did send his cleaner next day and help us pleasing the agent. Every company give service but they help us as they gave written promise. Best ever experience with this company. They clean the way we was expected. Full marks to the operator who send me the nice hard working cleaners for this end of lease clean. I am thankful and very glad to hire Bright end of lease cleaning Melbourne in last moment they accepted my quote and request because some other company who supposed to job in my townhouse denied to come in same day and I felt like I am stuck so eventually I had in my mind about this cleaning company but their price were bit higher than previous cleaning company now I realized money doesn't matter your probability and loyalty matters and this company proved it. Because all the extras was included in rhe final price upfront. The quote was very detailed & simple to understand.

Job well done! Raj and the team booked in my end of vacate cleaning a couple of days before the cleaning. On the day Raj rang to ask if the team could come early which worked perfectly well for me and they were fully ready waiting outside the property at the time they booked.The clean was done deeply and with the standard needed by the real estate agent. The work exactly the list of items needs to be done & also done few items free of cost & help us move some furniture out too.

Hello everyone I have been using the services of Bright end of lease Cleaning Melbourne for about two years now for all of our end of tenancy cleaning for our holiday apartment in St Kilda Melbourne & also we moved another house previous year in Dandenong.We have a number of luxury properties in Mornington, Mt Martha & Dromana as well which do require a high standard of cleaning and they always do a excellent job.
The teams work very hard as always & we never had any issues with them. I made a cleaning booking with these guys, requested a quote, agreed to the quote provided, contacted them over both phone and text messages (due to them not responding to the phone in the first place) and finally successfully booked an appointment on December 10th at 2:30pm, and got a confirmation email for that, so all is good, right?

On the day at 2:30pm I get a call from the cleaning crew, not the company, telling me that I have been rescheduled to 5:00pm, without any prior notice. I agree, because let’s face it at this point what options do I have? I try to contact the company for an explanation, but no luck since no one would respond.

So I text the cleaning crew, since they are the only ones who respond and the ones who told me that I have been rescheduled, that I am fine with 5:00pm and they respond back that all good and they will be there. Of course at 5:00 no one was there and no response to phone or text. And to this day I have no explanation of what happened. Hire these guys if you want to be led on a magnificent goose chase, they are apparently really good at it ...
