Richard was very accommodating and he answered my questions as much as he can after my purchase! I am very happy with my Futon- in cold winter in Melbourne I was kept very warm because of my Futon. it's very good quality. I was unsure of purchasing a Futon initially considering I cannot see the item physically because I live in Melbourne but after I spoke with Richard I was certain that he was professional and he was proud of his items! So So So happy that I've got my Futon :)
