Peter takes such pride in his work and it shows. He is prompt, considerate and thorough - his steam clean of our lounge and bedroom carpets was 10/10. Wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to him again.

Completely unprofessional and unrealiable service. Peter, the upholstery steam cleaning manager, decided that traffic and parking was my problem. Because he failed to leave enough time to deal with typical Sydney morning traffic, he was late to the appointment, then made out that it was my responsibility to have a car park available for him. When he supposedly "couldn't find a park for 15 minutes" (there is ample street parking which turns over regularly), he cancelled the booking on the spot. An absolute waste of time.
