Dreadful customer service

Would not recommend this business. Cleaners don't do the job they're paid to do and then won't accept responsibility for thie ommissions when you bring it to their attention.

They may be OK for a one-off cleaning job, but they cut corners when it's weekly.

I needed carpet cleaning in 2 bedrooms the main room needed extra cleaning as I informed them I have 2 dogs ,
So I booked through Jim’s carpet cleaning and they booked AMET ..10.30am ,
11am no show yet ,so I tried calling ,messaging him ,no reply.. so I ran Jim’s and explained what was going on they sent him a texted and he rang me straight away,
Did explain or apologise he said he will be at my home at 12pm
12.45pm still no show ..
1.15pm Amet shows up ,
His equipment was as old as my great grandmother..
did not see any cleaning solution sprayed or anything,
45mins later he was done , I couldn’t believe it ,my carpets smelt and looked worse than ever …. The worse job I have ever encountered…. I complained to Jim’s 4 weeks later no response….
So that’s why I’m writing this review
DO NOT USE JIMS CARPET CLEANING HIS NAME IS AMET..

Completely unprofessional and unrealiable service. Peter, the upholstery steam cleaning manager, decided that traffic and parking was my problem. Because he failed to leave enough time to deal with typical Sydney morning traffic, he was late to the appointment, then made out that it was my responsibility to have a car park available for him. When he supposedly "couldn't find a park for 15 minutes" (there is ample street parking which turns over regularly), he cancelled the booking on the spot. An absolute waste of time.

I’m an NDIS client. I used to have a team of girls from Jim’s clean my house every 2 weeks. They were amazing and always went above and beyond.
I’ve moved and my girls couldn’t travel to me. So I called Jim’s to organise a new cleaner.
I told them I have a cat, so don’t send anyone allergic to cats.
Booked in my clean for this morning, and the girl who shows up is allergic and terrified of cats. She also informed me she doesn’t make beds….my last girls ALWAYS changed my bed for me.
Oh and she couldn’t vacuum my floors because she didn’t have a vacuum cleaner.
They wanted $400 for this clean.
I had to send her away and find a different company…who were half the price btw.

Jamie came to my house in Richmond Victoria to do carpet cleaning. He did a poor job and spent more time in my driveway awaiting me to pay him than he did doing the job he was being paid to do. Poor and unprofessional after service fits in well with the below average job. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Jim's cleaning agent Laxmi came to my unit the day before for the quotation and I asked him what I wanted to him to clean (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and lounge room tiles.)
The day they came and started cleaning but I felt they hurrying it up. After they finished, I had to show them a few things which they did not attend. Well, it does not end here, the water they used to mop the tiled floor was very dirty. I had to mop the tiles twice and use the steam cleaner to get that dirt removed. Also, the cleaning solution they used in the bathroom tiles made our tiles slippery. Extra work for me to clean the bathroom tiles as well.
Lastly, we had some mold on the grouts of the bathroom tiles which he said he would remove them but at the end of the cleaning, they were still there like they were before the cleaning. He said they were unable to remove them. I had to buy Exit Mold from Woolies, just one use of it and mold got removed easily.
I certainly not recommend Jim's cleaning for any cleaning if this is their standard. And absolutely not the cleaner named Laxmi.

So disappointed! Contacted Jim's for a move out clean. They did a terrible job, the place was not clean - water & dirt everywhere. WORST OF ALL they damaged the carpet and refuse to pay for the replacement. Called Jim's head office and they terminated the cleaner/ franchisee after seeing the terrible job & damage they did for me and past issues. Jim's head office however, refuse to compensate for the damaged carpet leaving me with a $4,000 bill to foot. 100% DISSATISFACTION and DISAPPOINTMENT. Be warned, I got one their bad franchisees - Jim's head office DID NOT CARE or help me.

I recently moved into a new rental where the previous tenants had done little to clean the carpets properly. There was an absolute stench of wet dog that could not be masked, and a thick coating of dog fur on all the carpets.

I contacted Jim’s Cleaning Group about the issue, and was shortly put in contact with the JCG owner directly who was eager to help. They talked me through the possibilities and their recommendations.
They handled the problem quickly and expertly, communicating and organising everything to suit me. They went to great lengths to make sure the job was done, and followed up to makes sure that I was happy with the service.

I absolutely would recommend Jim’s Carpet Cleaning/Jim’s Cleaning Group. They put a lot of effort into supplying a top service.

I had a spring clean done at my unit, included the oven, windows (in and out) and carpets. For the price paid, I was very impressed. I paid a flat rate and they took the time needed to get the place spotless. Would definetely use again and recommend!
