Worst customer service that I have received from an online retailer yet. Purchased the UppaBaby Vista 2015 lower adaptor... The way I interpreted the bubs and grubs website led me to think that I could place my standard UppaBaby vista 2015 seat on this adaptor. After speaking with customer service they mentioned that it is only designed for use with the bassinet. Reading the description above there is no mention anywhere about only being compatible with the bassinet. Upon requesting a refund they mentioned that “we do not refund for change of mind or making an incorrect choice” That’s a great way to ensure your customers have a positive Customer Experience. Thank you Bub’s and Grubs I will not be back and hope this servers as a warning to other potential customers. Get it right or your own your own. There are many other websites that offer the same product at the same price… do yourself a favour and spend a few more minutes and buy from another website
