1. They claim to connect in 5 to 7 business days and hiding the fact they still going thru Telstra. Connection took two months in my case.
2. Speed: 1mbit/s in the evening hours. This surely is not the tel line problem as morning speed was 10mbit/s; its peak hours congestion. Two weeks; an hour daily on the phone with their technicians - problem was not solved.
3. After disconnected from them; they start trying to charge 270$ for new telephone line connection - which I was NOT notified about.
In the nutshell: long time to connect; poor speed; very bad if not fraudful accounting / billing service.
