I couldn't give them lower than one star but if I could I would - honestly the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. Purchased a TV unit that took about a month to arrive (initially said 7 days) and when it finally arrived was just left at the door no knock or anything. Brought it inside and opened it up to find 16 of the 30 pieces broken - either a split down the entire middle of the piece of wood or completely snapped in two or three pieces. When we live chatted them to tell them about this they made us jump through hoops before finally agreeing to issue us a refund - and to 'avoid any further hassle' they wouldn't be collecting the broken item and we were free to dispose of it as we please. So now we're stuck with 30 pieces of wood sitting in our living room we have no idea how to get rid of. Called them up to get them to come collect it only to say that it would take 3 weeks to come pick it up. Save yourself the trouble and get cheaper, better quality furniture for much much less hassle and stress.
