Chest of drawers-garbage

This stuff is junk, draws feel like they will fall off rails when fully extended, draws & frames not aligned & crooked, cam locks pierced through & damaged the exterior of the ‘wood’. I can’t even sell this second hand.
Impossible to find a customer service email or phone number on their website.

Damaged items

I am absolutely extremely disappointed, I purchased a dining table and when I received it and opened it had a large crack in the wood in the top of the Table..CASELYN from Temple and Webster helped me with having a replacement table sent and today on receiving my replacement table I unpack and find that this table also had crack in table top, dent to one corner of the table and also few scratches, I have not even bothered to unwrap the legs of the table as I am so extremely disheartening by receiving yet again another damaged product. I paid good hard earned money for absolutely nothing but damaged goods...

They should be shut down

Temple and Webster charge more for their products then everywhere else online, I tried to cancel my order within two hours of making the order and they refused due to a ticket being printed yet the item still hasn’t moved at all in 5 days as they ship within six days. Now I look and they’ve marked it as non returnable item as they know it was my plan to return it and get a refund as they do not honour a price match either after purchase is made. So essentially they screw you over no matter what. No rating at all this company is dead to me, my family and friends now know f their shady business and won’t bother with them either.

Shocking service

Ordered a sofa set to be delivered by 27/02. Instead get a message on 28/02 saying it will be delivered that day, which is a day late, but no big deal. On 28/02 the delivery was not made due to the delivery driver not being able to find parking, mind you I live on a relatively quiet street with plenty of on street parking and several side streets where the driver could of also had a look. I call the courier, Hunter Express and they tell me the delivery will be made to me the following day. On 29/02, I get no delivery updates so I call Hunter Express again and they say oh it takes 1-2 business days for the redelivery to be arranged. You should get your parcel by tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, 01/03 and I phone again given the same story that my parcel will be here on Monday. On Monday 04/03 I phone again only to be told that maybe my parcel will be dispatched today and they put in a "ticket" for my enquiry. I contacted Temple and Webster only to be told that they have put in an enquiry to the courier. I paid just short of 300 dollars for shipping and I've been dealing with this incompetency every day, and have still not received my sofa that I paid over 1,000 dollars for. I don't want a refund, I just want the product I ordered to be delivered to me ASAP. I will be sure to NEVER shop here again as they use such a horrible courier service, and my experience thus far has been a disaster.

2 isabella tall cabinets

Customer service is not there at all, let's talk to a stupid chatbot that you get absolutely no where with!. My 2 cabinets have scratches, holes drilled on wrong side of door filled up and re-drilled on other side (should have been discounted for a second) pre drilled holes for the hole didn't line up so they have a second hole drilled and the bits of dowel are sloppy. Spoke to 2 people after Ms Chatbot and they don't respond in the end they just leave the chat, I asked where do I send the pictures and get disconnected!

Hi again, I'd thought I would let everyone know the outcome to my Isabella cabinets, I spoke to a lovely lady named Helen she sorted out my order for me. As I had already assembled the cabinets I was given a choice a full refund or re order more cabinets, I chose to get a full refund and kept the damaged cabinets. I will have to fix them myself ( I was more than willing to do this). Thank you Helen for going above and beyond to help! Karen.

Worst company ever

These people do not care about customer service, efficient delivery or the inconvenience and disruption they cause to customer’s lives by failed deliveries. Cleared an entire day of work to wait at home for a chair to be delivered and delivery was cancelled on their end. Delivery scheduled for the next day, I had a one hour appointment I could not cancel so left to attend the appointment as had been given NO window. Delivery driver gave no ample warning ahead of time and showed up during the one hour I have left the house. Called the courier immediately, they could not care less, said the chair would be going back to the warehouse. Am now going to be waiting another 2 BUSINESS DAYS for the chair to come out for delivery again. T&W are more than happy to take a customer’s money at point of sale and then cause nothing but stress and inconvenience once the customer has paid for the item. Disgraceful.

Just awful. avoid at all costs.

Ordered a six seater outdoor furniture set from TW in early Jan. Trouble started a week later when the courier put a hold on delivery because they'd only been shipped 3 out of 4 boxes. Ran the gauntlet of the useless AI chatbot and reached a person - while the call centre just randomly drops calls in the middle of a conversation. But no-one I reached believed me - and then I was left running messages between the courier company and TW. Eventually I get an email saying "oh it doesn't seem to have been shipped but now it is out of stock so here is a refund". So besides wasting days of my life doing their job of liaising with their courier, I'm also out of pocket for the cover I ordered for the furniture set that will now not arrive.

I got a bathrobe for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It is HUGE (size S/M - she's normally a size 10/12). But no biggie - I'll just return it, right? Well, they want to deduct $29.90 for shipping costs from the refund! I understand that I'd need to pay return shipping... but they charged half that to ship it to me in the first place! Ridiculous!

Was sent damaged goods from Temple & Webster. Can’t return as AI bot makes you wait hours. No humans to talk to. After five hours waiting and a complaint. AI from temple and Webster responded saying “thank you for the response, sorry for the inconvenience, we have rectified”. THEY HAVE NOT. You cannot return faulty items…BE WARNED!

Absolutly furious with this online company

Absolutely FURIOUS with this online company! I purchased a sofa cover from them, and despite a clause in the payment section stating it couldn't be returned, they had the audacity to offer a return guarantee fee. Thinking this would cover me, I paid it.

When the cover arrived, it was not like the advertisement on their website. I immediately requested a return, only to receive an automated email promising contact within 2 business days. It's been over a week now, and I've heard NOTHING.

Their customer service is a JOKE. It's just an AI that barely understands basic questions. There's no call centre, no real people to talk to. You have to beg the AI to connect you to a "human", and even then, the wait time is ridiculous. I've given up after numerous attempts.

This company is the epitome of poor customer service.I DO NOT recommend them at all. Save your money and your sanity, and steer clear of this disaster of a company.
