I had been waiting for Braemar for 3 weeks to repair my heater only to have a no show on the day they booked, and they expected us to wait another 2 weeks!! I rang Rob in desperation. He arrived that afternoon and fixed the problem within 1/2 hour, explaining everything that was wrong and what needed replacing. He even had the parts with him. Don't use anyone else. Thanks Rob
