Dr Ari Diskin is an exceptional practitioner who uses a gentle integrative approach which has an effect on all your body systems. From my first visit I began to feel and see quite extraordinary changes including my posture to the extent I have had to change the seat in my car as my head was close to the roof of my car and the mirrors; improved digestion; significant reduction in neck and shoulder tension; and a general sense of greater wellbeing.
This innovative approach by Dr Ari, marries well with my yoga and somatic practices where I have been able to explore new felt pathways in my body, feeling a greater sense of ease and effort. To be able to sit in meditation without trying to construct my posture has been a blessing.
