I didn't expect much when I first came to Diskin life, not having ever been to a chiro. From the first adjustment, I noticed a change, intially not so much in my body but definately in my emotional health and the ability to regulate my daily stress. As I've been coming more I've learnt some surprisingly simple but effective tips for making improvements in my day to day life which has helped with my overall well-being. Importantly the changes that are being made to my body, although gradual have completely changed my outlook on the great potential of my life and body.

I have suffered (shaking) in my body and in my hands in particular.
I have visited more than one doctor to help me, they're diagnosing me with (essential tremor) and advise to take medications as it's going be there for a lifetime.

I want to thank & say my appreciation to Dr Ari & his staff for their friendly, gentle, knowledgeable & holistic health wellness approach to our on-going care needs to improve our cycle of rejuvenating health by focusing on our central nervous system. I have been seeing Dr Diskin for many years now. I initially went as I wasn't hoping with life , feeling anxious, panic attacks. I was exercising and eating well, but couldn't understand why I was feeling this way. After a number of sessions my moods started to shift, I was able to cope better with everyday situations, the one thing I noticed was my energy levels. RESULTS! I've gotten them from Dr. Ari when I didn't get them anywhere else. Prior, I had attended physical therapy 4-5 days a week for 10 months and didn't get the level of improvement that I've since gotten from Dr. Ari in only 3 months. I've read some of the other reviews that highlight the overall well-being and improved quality of life they've found with Dr. Ari, and while those are VERY VALID comments, I'd also like to add that he's been able to help me improve in very specific aspects with regards to my myriad of musculoskeletal issues as well.
