I've been a member of RACQ since I got my first car in 1994. I had required a few road assistances from them e.g flat tyre, needing new batteries and getting my car towed to the mechanic. I have always been happy and grateful for their helps.

Yesterday the RACQ's truck had towed my car to a near by mechanic. Big thanks to RACQ, the call centre person and the driver who helped me out of the car's breakdown incident at Mango Hill yesterday early morning.

I am so impressed with their professional manner, quick respond & great customer service! RACQ have a customer for life!

On my way to work yesterday morning around 6 am without warning my car breakdown in the middle of major intersection on a busy road. The car was towed by RACQ to MP Auto. Without complaining that the store was not even open yet (It was only 7.15 am and the company opening hours are from 7.30 to 5 pm), Peter went to fix my car and even managed to obtained a new alternator and battery from Repco so I can go to work without too much delay.
He told me to come back to fix the bill later (which I did) because I was already late for work.

I am so impressed! What a remarkable person and company. They have a customer for life!

MP Auto Repairs/ Petrie Auto is very honest on what they can do to your car and on their pricing. We have been dealing with Mark and Peter for about 9 years now. No job is too small for them. Always friendly and reliable. Highly recommended company to service and repair after our cars.
