I have been with Sammy now for 18 months. Sammy has pushed me to achieve the small goals that we have set which have transformed my life and putting me in the best shape I have been in for years. Sammy pushes me every session as each session is totally different, and I never know what to except. Sammy is always positive, happy, smiling and encouraging at each session. Sammy has been great for physical fitness and my mental fitness! Would I recommend Create the Challenge? YES 100%
