Leon is amazing tech. We have had 2 other companies and both told me to buy a new computer which would have cost $2,000 for my needs, where Leon came and solved the issue for $200. He left me with advise to follow in case i had issue in the future in easy English not tech talk. Leon is a 12/5 or 24/10 for service, backup and to explain so I could understand the issue in my 3 year old computer. Cheers Allan
