I came to George with anxiety issues, lots of stress, and a lot of self-defeating beliefs which were holding me back from living my life fully. George was extremely helpful in putting a lot of my problems into perspective, and gave me tools and practises to use in the real world. I paid for 6 sessions, as per his recommendations, and within about 3 or 4, I was already feeling like I was living a new life, and that my memories of depression, self-punishment, and fear were in a distant past life. George was very professional, and offered a calm, supportive, and compassionate space in which I was able to speak to my unconscious and unravel the knots that I had tied in there, unbeknownst to me over the years. He was extremely knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone.
