Thank you Mark and Robert. Everything was clearly explained taking into consideration my budget and safety while driving a car full of kids. They didn't stress me in any way over timing, needed items or money with pushy sales tactics that we experienced at the Motor Hospital.
Sorry to hear the other female wasn't happy, and not disputing her impressions, but Mark and Robert were very polite and honest on the phone and in person. Maybe everyone was having an icky day. It happens to the best of us. :-)
My car drives beautifully and it cost a third of what the Motor Hospital conned me into getting. Plus they let me use a loan car to continue my busy, driving kids around roster.
The offer to return for oil check, tire pressure and ??? (forgot the other, but, they have it all on record for me!) at any time is great. Thanks again guys!!!

We are in a terrible catch 22 situation where the company who service our pool said that they contacted CompuPool, who in turn said they would contact us. We've waited over a week so I tried calling CompuPool today.

Spoke with the Warrenty Department at 11:35am who said they would call me back. No response, so called 3:30pm. Was kept on hold for 43 minutes!! I had to hang up as not sure if they had just left me, gone home. So called back. Another 40 minutes waiting to get through to anyone!! Gave up in the end.

Really bad response and attitude to customers.

In the meantime, our pool is returning to its green status!
