I've had a terrible year, it's been pretty rough and my hair's been problematic for so long I've been avoiding dealing with it. I liked Respekt's pun signage so bit the bullet. The lady at the counter was lovely, and her wash and head massage were perfect! Given how anxious I was this was a great way to start. Samuel asked me what I was after and ran though suggestions based on images I brought in re; what would work for me. He talked me through each step and checked with me as he went through the cut and styling. I love it! I haven't found a hairdresser who gets my hair so well in close to a decade.
