Fast, efficient and hot! We were extremely impressed with Ben in his advice, pre sale and post sale communication. We purchased a Sanden hot water tank and heat pump and have been loving the instant and constant hot water. Our previous system was a different brand ( Quantum) and, on reflection, a poorer quality product. However, after doing some research on the Sanden product and speaking to Ben, we were convinced that the increased price was well worth it. Ben was extremely responsive and delivered our new system quickly and efficiently. We were also impressed with the workmanship of the men installing the system. It has been nearly two months now since our purchase and I would highly recommend Ben at NewGen Solar. Our only regret is that we did not change over hot water tanks sooner.
