Was very impressed with the atmosphere and ambiance, cost of drinks were average priced. Bottle Shop staff were very helpful. Could use more parking availability but it has side street access which helps with parking.

The Howlin' Wolf Whiskey Bar is only a small little bar tucked away in Wollongong. It gets VERY busy, and has an awesome atmosphere. Most nights they have Blue's bands playing, and Friday nights they have a DJ. Not much room to dance though. They do offer limited foods, more something to nibble to help soak up the alcohol.

Overall the experience with Elleisha's Cleaning was a bit unsatisfactory. Firstly I was assured a cleaner was available to take the job and then had to wait 3 weeks as they did not have any cleaners available. Secondly the general management seems to be rather disorganised. One rise for this business is that they do have a handful of well trained and effienct cleaners who do a terrific job and go above and beyond what they are required to do. Others are not so great and do a rather poorly job. Inconsistancy is the killer as they say.

I have recieved 2 items through the rent to own system at Primes Appliances. The payment options are affordable and the option to have the goods delivered was excellent. The goods were delived in only a few days each and the delivery driver was very helpful and fully installed the whitegoods for me in my home for no extra charge. The customer service on the phone is also very helpful and the owners have a great nature for dealing with people in stress (aka no working fridge lol )

I went to Dapto Mufflers rather flustered and not knowing what to do but the worker there was excellent. The customer service was very good and he took the time to explain what needed to be fixed with me before he fixed it. The worker fixed the issue on the spot and made a few helpful suggestions for fututre repairs which may need to be undertaken, so that I wasnt caught un aware at a later date.
I cannot comment of the quality of workmanship as I am not a mechanically minded person but the customer service and help that was offered was very good for a small business and the cost for the repair was very reasonable.

I recently had my pink slip done for registration at D&N Service Station. The mechanic was efficient and did a good job although the general customer service nature could have been a bit more friendly.

I am currently planning my wedding at Ruby's Mount Kembla and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and management at Ruby's. Scott has been incredibly helpful in aiding us to get the most of our planning experience while keeping everything stress free. We are also having our ceremony at the venue, the staff have gone above and beyond with help and ideas to help us make our day special. Cant wait for the wedding, I know with the staff taking care of everything it will be unforgetable.

The overal all experience was OK. The space itself looked great and smelled beautiful with nice insence burning. But there was places where the service fell short. I had to knock at the door for 10 mintues and eventually call the phone number as the worker had the door closed and couldnt hear me (even though he knew I was coming). I was also aggitated that after asking for only 2-3 inches to be trimmed off my hair (as I have my wedding coming up) the hairdresser proceded to cut 8-10 inches off my hair! I was NOT happy at all.
