It like nothing i've experienced before. After a brief talk, then lying on the table, a variety of techniques like raising and lowering my limbs and resisting pressure, energy on chakra points and massage, allowed my body to communicate with the therapist...it was amazing what was discovered and what so true to me! Recommended to try especially if you or a loved one & you are out of whack..really helps get you to back on the same page.
