Easy to use. Customer service prompt and useful. One of the best tings is that all profit goes to RSPCA shelters. While buying what you need you can donate some money or donate product to shelters and pets that needs help. You buy stuff, spend money but still feel good about it.

BE deliveries take too long but it is worth it. Quality is amazing, return service great (just happened that Parcel Point is down the road from me so it was so easy I could not believe it. I ordered three times already and it is my favorite online store now.
