Extremely unprofessional and unreliable, made my experience extremely stressful due to the lack of communication and unprofessionalism, not returning my calls even on the day of settlement, I was completely left in the dark and as such the settlement didn't complete as it should have. It's now 5 weeks later and the settlement is still ongoing, extremely stressful and upsetting experience.
