One of the best service we've received from tradies, and we've dealt with A LOT of tradies over the past 12mths after building a new home.

We installed roller shutters with Blockout, and from the receptionist to the salesperson, through to the installers. Everyone was a joy to deal with, and was absolutely professional and friendly.

Cost-wise, they are competitive but not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive.

The most important thing to note is, they returned all my calls when they said they would. The installers were turned up on time and left the house clean and tidy, removing all the rubbish they created. They were quick and efficient, despite the timing of it being a really busy Christmas holiday time.

And when one of the blinds got stuck, they sent someone out to check and fix it within the week! And the installer not only arrived on time, but called to let me know that he can do it earlier if I was available!

10 year warranty on their products says a lot about the confidence they have in what they sell and it shows that the staff are happy to work for this company.

Highly recommended.

Service is extremely poor. I called about a mix up in the bin collection but instead of helping me sort it out, the staff are rude and abrupt and extremely accusing, pushing the blame onto me whereas they had collected the wrong bin in the first place.
Instead of helping me find a solution, the staff brushed me off and told me it was my fault...

No matter how cheap your product is, treating customers like dirt will be detriment to business. There is no place for poor behaviour like that.

I recommend NOT paying for terrible service like this. Take your business elsewhere where it is valued.

Highly recommended.
Courteous on the phone, helpful and friendly with advice and quick and efficient with delivery.

We called around a number of different security screen door suppliers and most were pretty curt over the phone and many priced their products quite similiarly. We needed the door delivered quickly and most other businesses we contacted advised us of a 3-4 week turnaround on delivery, with an added 1-2 weeks just to get someone out to do a measure and quote. Much too long to wait.

However, Renma was accommating of our time contraints and arranged for a measure and quote within a few days and the quote was even cheaper than the others we had received. Not only that, delivery was less than a week!

I would consider these guys again if I need any more work done to my windows and doors for sure!

Simple, cheap and tasty food.

The service is quick and efficient, but not unfriendly. It's a small place but it's cosy. the food comes out quickly and is very reasonably priced. I'm definitely coming back to try out more of the menu.

Must try: Pop Chicken. Delicious!

Shocking and poor customer service during the building stages of our home. The ignore your phone calls and correspondence. They do not keep you upto date with progress unless you hassle them. When there are problems, they are just impossible to get in touch with. The office staff do not care or know what is happening. The contractors are careless and sloppy. The work was sloppy and the building inspection report came back with a list of issues a mile long. The frustrating thing is we know our house is very close to being finished, however we just cannot get in touch with them to find out when exactly they can finish the project. They have already gone well beyond the contracted building timeframe, so their time management skills are also questionable.

It is builders like this that gives the industry a bad reputation and I would never recommend this builder if anyone is thinking of building a new home.

The worst customer experience I've come across in Australia.

We were a bit disappointed with the experience considering how much you pay for the meal.
Agree with the previous comment about insufficient staff, on the night we arrived, there seemed to be 1 waiter taking orders and serving food for the entire restaurant and the other staff (at least 3-4 of them including the sommelier) wandered around listlessly. It took well over 15mins to give us menus, and another 30mins before our order was taken. By that stage, we were all much too hungry. The food also took quite awhile to be served.

Having said that, the food did live upto expectations. It was tasty however did not wow us in any way. The entrees were good, and the steaks were cooked well for us. The venue and location is ideal but I recommend going during the day to be able to enjoy it to the fullest.

I would not go back in any hurry though.

food are ok priced and good sized servings but was mostly bland. Drinks list was good and fair priced. The service was friendly and good, but could be more polished. The venue was large but warm and inviting. Lots of different places to settle down for a drink depending on how cozy you want to be. Improvement required for food but otherwise an ok venue.

Affordable and quick, and the food was quite reasonable. The rice was nicely coconuty, I had a beef rendang and it wasn't spicey but had a nice flavour and texture to it, the roti canai was pleasant but nothing to write home about.

Service was as expected at a place like this, fast yet just ever so slightly unwelcoming and rushed. I still had a piece of roti left and the waitress had wanted to take my plate away.... someone should have warned her it was dangerous getting in the way of me and my food! lol

Overall, I would no doubt find myself back there again catching up with friends for a quick quiet dinner or lunch and the location is easy and convenient to get to, right in the smack bang city.

I admit, it was the snazzy brochure that got me hooked....
I've always been a sucker for aesthetically-pleasing marketing communication >.

Always happy with what I get here at Godfathers. A decent pizza combo deal that won't break the bank. The other meals are not too shabby either, the pasta is passable but the cooked mains are sometimes hit and miss. More hit than miss though. But if you were going to Godfathers, I suggest sticking with the pizzas.
