Visited Cosmetique for the first time after changing injectable clinics due to being dissatisfied with my results. I expressed my concerns to my nurse and she went through all of Cosmetique's wrinkle relaxer/filler options so I could choose what was best for me. I was so happy with my results that I brought my mum to the clinic the very next day to get the same service. I will never change from Cosmetique! My wrinkle relaxers have lasted so long and they amazingly priced.

I went to the Miranda store a few weeks ago to get a "balayage" colour done... The. Worst. Colour. I've. Ever. Received. I get in the chair and the hair dresser just starts applying the bleach all over my ends, doesn't even ask what colour I want it to go. Then puts the time on, the time goes off and because there wasn't enough basins, my colour is sat on my hair for an extra 20 minutes... When they FINALLY wash my hair, I feel it and it is so soft and gummy. They proceed to brush my hair and chunks are literally coming out on the brush. When it's finally dried, it is so dry and brittle it is breaking off even when I run my hands through my hair. I will NEVER go here again. They have completely ruined my long hair they took me years to grow.
