Every 2 months the staff are so lovely and for the same price you will not even get a blowdry any where else

I had done a hair cut at Campbelltown mall store on 2nd March 2019 at 12pm. At reception I asked for haircut , the receptionist took me to the hair wash area and washed my hair then did a hair cut and light straightening ( when she started straightening I told I just asked for a hair cut not straightening) she told its not much very little she will do. As am new to the place and never did a hair cut before I though it was part of the haircut . I was shocked when she gave me a bill of $89. I paid and returned home . There my sister told it was just $15 (even your site has same information)for a haircut then why did she charge me so much ? Today I checked in your site and did not see any package of $89.

The first time i went to the narellan store i loved my hairr Rana did an awesome job, so i booked again big mistake, Rana put my foils in then didnt toch my hair again it was done my apprentices and looked hacked off and fried. I was sat in a seat covered in water and got soaked my hair is not the right colour still has toner in it and for all this bad service i was over charged and spent a massive 4 hours to do my hair

I have a valid gift voucher to the Penrith Plaza Store which is now closed. And no one will help me. So disappointed. They just got free money and I'm left with a gift voucher that I can't use. Happy fn birthday to me.....

my wife went here to get her hair done-she made an appointment and got a quote for her hair,and on the day they asked her what she wanted?she told them again .even producing a picture of a similiar colour and style.so when she was finished she rang me crying-they did not even do the same colour she wanted?and they tried to charge her double then what they quoted her,lucky she had a quote price on the back of their business card,she said the whole experience stressed her out.after complaining that this was not the colour and style that she wanted,a staff member was smart mouthed and said no yeh?you did say this and that?i took my wife out of the store and went and brought her a colour of her choice,hair dye and done it for her at home....what a waste of time and money?obviously the staff do not listen to what their clients want and they do what they like and try and charge you an arm and a leg.
