Disappointed about taken advantage of
Called out for replacement hot water service, charged $7500, which was astronomical. The Office of the Technical Regulator inspected the unit, which had many non compliance issues. Not happy, would not recommend.

Extravagant fees
This business coerced my wife to sign a contract for a $7,500 hot water system. They demanded full payment before the job was complete. After this job was done, I was informed by numerous plumbing businesses that it should have only been $3,00o to $3,800. My wife was taken for a ride!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
