I decided to go with KNA Security to install two double security doors (aluminium diamond grille) as their prices were very reasonable. The staff (Wayne) was incredibly friendly and helpful and I was impressed to see that he responded to some of my emails after business hours - which was unexpected and appreciated.

The fitter (Trevor) knew exactly what he was doing and installed the doors promptly.

Both Wayne and Trevor were on time (in fact, early both for the measure and quote and installation) and Trevor even vacuumed the wood/aluminium scrapings after he finished the job.

It might not seem like much, but responding to emails after hours and vacuuming after the job was finished shows pride and care in their work which is much more than I can say for some other companies/tradies I've dealt with.

The quality of the doors and locks were great too and the advice received by Wayne seemed very authentic and specific to my situation.

I'd highly recommend KNA Security.
