The need engage a foreign process server to serve divorce papers to an adamantly evasive ex in a 3rd world country during COVID lockdown, in hazardous conditions with a different language was the reason we engaged Jan to coordinate this for us. She meticulously instructed and provided pre filled forms to the foreign server with what was required to satisfy Australian courts. Despite foreign notarial policy, documentation of successful delivery was achieved.
