Very difficult to get these guys to respond to issues with products. Endless calls and delays. I purchased a fridge almost a year ago - it broke down a couple of months later, and was replaced with a (smaller!) fridge. Since then, I'm onto the third replacement fridge which has also just broken down (and which was delivered with mismatched and non-fitting drawers). Seems like there is some kind of half-hearted reconditioning of products which means they only last a couple of months. Ughhhhh. Each time a lot of food is spoiled and a lot of effort and anxiety goes into resolving issues. Please lift your game, Nava, you are breaking my spirit :(
