Drainman was contacted to clear a problem sewer for us. When booking we were given a four hour window of when they would attend, but also informed we would get a phone call prior to arrival. Luke rang us about 30 minutes before arriving which was good. Job was eventually completed, and Luke continued to explain what he was doing and what the on going costs were. The job took a little longer than expected, but this was not caused by lack of work/effort by Luke. Overall we were very happy with the service, and Luke did a great job and explained everything in layman's terms.
