I have taken my custom away from Spring Dry Cleaners after eight years after they returned a jacked with the zip jammed. When I took the item back they denied they were at fault. They even refused to refund the money I had paid for the dry cleaning, far less compensate me for the ruined jacket. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service.
