I love, love, love this place. Donna has a fantastic memory and always makes you feel special. She manages the whole front area by herself so sometimes it can get hectic and there can be a bit of a wait to order - however that is such a no issue for me because the service is always friendly and the food is always awesome. The prices are so reasonable for the quality and size of meals you get. I encourage you to get there and try them!

I first experienced this shop while I was waiting for the bus one afternoon over the lead up to Christmas period and found the perfect Khris Kringle gift for our limit which was $10. They have beautiful stuff for the home and for babies. Very stylish and the sales staff always make you feel welcome - they offer to store your bags behind their counter if you are loaded up as I was one night after going to the supermarket. Their prices are across the board - you can get something in there for under $10 but then you can spend quite a bit on some of their other pieces - they have lovely tea sets.

This review is based purely on my experience last night where I purchased 4 different sandwiches for the family. I could tell before I ordered that the girl serving me (the first one) simply didn't want to be at work. After I placed my order for what breads I wanted I was met with a rude young girl saying to me - we only have white or italian herb. No, I'm sorry just a blunt response. Then when I ordered the meats I was again told one of my selections were not available, no apology - it was like I was just a pure inconvenience to her. I was then served by two other staff members who made my sandwiches in between making other people's orders - I got passed up by two people behind me while I waited. The chicken I ordered was heated twice because they left it so long in the microwave before realising they still hadn't finished my order. Not once did I get an apology for the length of time I had to wait not that I expected it - the staff in there last night were just sub-standard. In saying that - normally - they are fantastic but I don't think I'll go to Subway in Glenorchy again - I'll make the effort to drive further for a better experience ...

This is my Friday breakfast place and a favourite place to have lunch with friends. It has plenty of seating, is welcoming if you are a group or even just eating by yourself. There is no pressure to scoot off as soon as you've eatend and they are really interactive. They are licenced too which is great for a boozy lunch.

This place is fantastic and a regular monthly venue for me and some friends. The service is generally always fantastic - the meals are always and I mean always fantastic - I've never had a bad meal yet. The prices are great - there are options for those not wanting to spend a lot and other options up to around $40 for a main. Their kids meals are only something like $9 but they are not your run of the mill kids meals - home made cheese burgers and pizza's - so pleased to see something other than pre-packaged chicken nuggets as an option for the kids!

I love their salad options and I'm happy to pay the price for something so nice - however - it can get a little crowded and noisy so if you're after a quite lunch - go elsewhere.

$12 for a sandwich when a week ago I only paid $9 ... feeling a little ripped off - however it is super yummy - the last sandwich I'll buy from there though!
