Efficient catering delivering tasty food - never need to worry about quality, service or value
Great food from this little cafe. We visited for breakfast and all in our group were more than satisfied. Excellent contemporary and simple menu, coffee as good as it gets in Hobart. A really nice find and away from the tourist areas. Highly recommend.
Food is delicious, well priced and atmosphere is casual but cosy. It's a really great cafe and whenever I'm nearby and hungry I'm glad to remember it as many places in the city area of hobart are overpriced and a bit pretentious or lack a warm atmosphere.

Always park nearby just so I have to stop in for a coffee (consistently perfect strength) and a wholesome treat! Delicious food and friendly staff. Too of my list.

bought a few boxes for a party for my daughter and the cakes were delicious not too sweet but just right.
The cakes and pies are well above average, not too sweet, beautifully baked, and interesting. The service is friendly and efficient. It's not a big shop but we noticed that the locals kept coming through the door. They do an interesting variety of breakfasts for those with a strong appetite. My only gripe: if you are going to serve crusty bread with the breakfast fare, supply the customer with good cutting equipment (preferably with a serrated edge).
Came here one morning when I was visiting the area. Amazing coffee and nice range of foods available. Loved the all day breakfast. Fast service and the staff where lovely!

Recently made the trip over with the family and loved every minute of it. We stopped off at Raspberry Fool and feasted on the delicious foods. Great place will definitely be back.
Coffee has always been top notch.
The food offerings are always interesting, fresh and delicious but never pretentious. Prices are great for the quality. The serves seem to be hearty and satisfying but not over the top. There are always interesting specials and variations on the salad choices.
The staff have always been friendly and attentive and knowledgeable about the offerings.
Oh and the pies are fantastic!

the customer service and food were both outstanding at raspberry Fool. the young man behind the counter for my takeaway order was friendly and engaging and he really knew his product! I would recommend to anyone.
The airport bus driver dropped us off because our room wasn't ready. He said it was the best coffee shop in Hobart. We have been back every day since
Cheery staff, quick and prompt service, fabulous food... We stopped in for breakfast and found while the menu was small, it was a change from the humdrum. it contained gems like baked eggs with caramelised onions, ham, gruyere cheese, served with sourdough bread...and proper brewed chai. We were lucky to get a seat, the place is only small, but obviously has a local following... :)

We dined inhouse with two children, one under 2yold. RF staff made us feel so welcome, kids too. Promptly provided for all children's needs (highchair, story books colouring in) altered dishes just as requested. Food was awesome. Coffee the best I've tasted in Hobart. A totally wonderful experience, will not hesitate to recommend RF to any/all weary parents we meet. RF is our fave destination for breaky in Hobart. We needed vegan morning and afternoon tea selections for a meeting with Important People, all in a bit of a hurry. The chef sat down and discussed options and budgets, all so we could get exactly what we needed at the time and price required. And the food was comprehensively demolished by the meeting attendees, so she was bang on with everything! Absolutely gorgeous - I'll be back again for work and again to have lunch for myself
I met up with a work colleague here one morning and have to say that I absolutely agree with the previous reviews, the coffee was amazing and their omelette fabulous, so fresh and the service - top notch. I could not fault them.

Hard to decide what's better here - the freshly made menu choices, or the impeccable and always friendly service? This is a place to spend time with friends, or alone if you just want the comfort of someone being genuinely nice whilst you eat really, really good food (and coffee). And it's food you NEED by the way. Ok, maybe, maybe not the pies, (but they may just be the best in the state...) but add a salad to it (we are talking about salads that go ZING!) and suddenly it all just works so well!
I visit Raspberry Fool at least once a week. Their coffee (Campos) is amazing. Staff are super friendly. And the gluten free brownie is DELICIOUS! :D

Just had lunch there with a pal. Well constructed, simple menu. I had a yummy soup & my guest had well presented scrambled eggs which he gobble down. The food was complemented by personable but unobtrusive FOH (i.e.Wait) staff. Venue has simple but attractive decor;staff always good, a ever-reliable venue for coffee, snacks & more.

Very good coffee (but small cups) and the food is excellent. I've been there a number of times and three times they have been very very slow in bringing my food (and two of those times I've had to go and ask if they had forgotten it). Otherwise they are generally quite friendly.
Great greeting and great coffee. They offer a good variety of food, either eat in or take away. I would recommend the Raspberry Fool for breakfast, lunch or morning tea.
Took my mother there for lunch the other day. Both of us had a lovely lunch, with the portions being so big my mother took home a "doggie bag"!!
