Would not recommend!!! Booked Monarch in a few weeks before we were ready to move. We told them we had a strict timeline for moving due to Settlement times, and they assured us that this would be no problem at all. When they were half hour late, I phoned to follow up how far away they were. We were then advised that they were broken down, and wouldn't be there until late that evening, or even the following day. They were rude, un-apologetic and terrible to communicate with. What was already a stressful situation was made 100% times worse. Strong Movers in Narangba ended up helping us out at the last minute - would absolutely suggest giving them a call over Monarch any day of the week.
